Cancellation Policy

Each listing on Yalla Cozy has its own cancellation policy, chosen by the Host. Before booking, review the cancellation policy displayed on the listing page. Below are the three standard policies available.

Full refund available

Full refund if cancelled 24 hours or more before check-in

50% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in

No refund for no-shows or cancellations after check-in

Refund with advance notice

Full refund if cancelled 5 days or more before check-in

50% refund if cancelled 1–4 days before check-in

No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in

50% refund if cancelled 7 days or more before check-in

No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in

General Rules

  • 1.

    The service fee (5% guest fee) is non-refundable unless the Host cancels the booking.

  • 2.

    If a Host cancels a confirmed booking, the Guest receives a full refund including service fees.

  • 3.

    Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

  • 4.

    For InstaPay/bank transfer payments, refunds are credited as Yalla Cozy wallet balance.

  • 5.

    In cases of force majeure or unsafe conditions, Yalla Cozy may override the cancellation policy at its discretion.
