Booking
How do I book a property?▼
Search for your destination, select dates, and click 'Book Instantly' or 'Request to Book'. You'll be guided through a secure checkout process.
What payment methods are accepted?▼
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza), mobile wallets (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, Orange, WE), InstaPay, and bank transfer — all processed securely.
Can I cancel my booking?▼
Yes! Cancellation policies vary by listing (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). Check the listing page for the specific policy before booking.
When will I be charged?▼
You're charged immediately for card/wallet payments. For InstaPay or bank transfers, you have 24–48 hours to complete and upload proof.
Hosting
How do I list my property?▼
Sign up, switch to Host mode, and click 'New Listing'. Our 6-step wizard will guide you through adding photos, pricing, and amenities.
How much does Yalla Cozy charge hosts?▼
We charge a 3% commission on each booking payout. No upfront costs or monthly fees.
When do I receive payouts?▼
Payouts are released 24 hours after the guest's check-in date, processed through Paymob to your bank account or mobile wallet.
Can I manage my calendar?▼
Yes! Use the Host Calendar to block/unblock dates and manage availability across your listings.
Safety & Trust
Are properties verified?▼
All listings undergo admin review before being published. We verify photos, descriptions, and compliance with our quality standards.
What if something goes wrong?▼
Use the 'Report Issue' button on your booking page to file a dispute. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Is my payment information secure?▼
Absolutely. All payments are processed by Paymob with PCI-DSS compliance and SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
